Massive Scandal ROCKS Democratic Leadership

The media is all about Trump and Russia. 24/7 that’s all they want to talk about. Thankfully, The Daily Caller News Foundation is not part of this cabal. Because they just exposed a massive, treasonous scandal engulfing top Democrats.

Democratic congressional staffers took $100,000 from an Iraqi politician while they had administrator-level access to the House of Representatives’ computer network, according to court documents.

The money was a loan from Dr. Ali al-Attar, an Iraqi political figure, and was funneled through a company with “impossible” to decipher financial transactions that the congressional information technology (IT) staffers controlled.

Imran Awan, a ringleader of the group that includes his brothers Abid and Jamal, has provided IT services since 2005 for Florida Democrat Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairwoman. The brothers are from Pakistan.

The trio also worked for dozens of other House Democrats, including members of the intelligence, foreign affairs, and homeland security committees. Those positions gave them access to congressional emails and other sensitive documents.

Investigators found that congressional information was being copied to an off-site server and they suspect the brothers of improperly accessing information and stealing congressional property.

Maria Bartiromo said at the time of their arrest:

“They the Muslims were barred from computer networks at the House of Representatives on Thursday because they accessed Congressmen and Congress people’s computer networks unauthorized. At a minimum, they were fired. At a minimum we know that they accessed computers unauthorized and they did so in foreign intelligence, foreign affairs, and intelligence committees…. they were getting very important information, government information. They accessed these computers.”

“How is it possible that 3 brothers are hired, Muslim brothers…just saying, to work in Congress and deal with our most intelligent and sensitive information, number one? They were all making $160,000! Why were they paid so much? 22 years old…one of the guys, the other was 25. They’re making $160,000, $161,000 and $165,000. And one of them has a criminal background!”

What’s she going to say now that they were getting secret cash from Iraq?

This is not good – I would expect to see this scandal deepen and Republicans on the hill calling for a full investigation.
